FAQ ON HOW TO MAKE A BOOK

  1. Why print with you? A= We print using a toner based xerox docucolor printer that provides great color and image quality. we offer state of the art binding and great customer service. were so confident in our product that we offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy.
  2. What is a bleed an how much do I need? A= a bleed is a design that allows the edge to be cut off without causing the end product to look bad. Printers do their best to line up the front and back of double sided products but if the print is 1/16th of an inch off set from the other side than. 1/16th of an inch will have to be cut off of all 3 sides to give you a uniform product. We use a 1/8th inch bleed by default, but if you know your designs are tight to that 1/8th inch bleed just make a note in the special instructions and we will take the utmost care as always to check the edges of your products to make sure nothing critical is cut off.
  3. How do you bind your books? We use a perfect bind milled and notched binding system that produces library quality books. These books hold up to heavy use and are designed to last a lifetime.
  4. How are you better? Our binding is better than most books out there and our covers are our specialty. We use silver halide based paper to create our cover cases that provide higher image quality and great durability. Our covers are laminated with UV protectant to make them more durable and more archival. the UV laminate helps the book cover resist fading and make your books last a lifetime.
